Our Story
Our company, Fianchetto, is led by two accomplished jazz musicians, Jay Verma and Fran Garcia. Together, we have collaborated with prominent names such as Eurovision, BBC , Hermès, Strictly Come Dancing, Adobe, Nord, The Ned, Royal Albert Hall, and Yamaha.
Fianchetto specializes in bespoke workshops and masterclasses that explore how concepts from music—such as practice techniques, jazz improvisation, classical discipline, and mindfulness—can be applied to the corporate workplace. Drawing on our extensive experience working with world-class musicians, we tailor each workshop to meet your company’s unique needs, delivering insights that could only be obtained from working as professional musicians at the highest level for over a decade.
